a) Combating the corrupt especially in the police force.

b) Helping the deserving under priveleged students study further. Specifically those who deliver newspapers in the morning, work at petrol pumps and pursue studies under street lamps on account of less space at home.

We plan to form groups of minimum 21 Educated citizens in each police station area. From this group a committee of 5 will be formed, who can look after the police misdemeanors and another committee of 5 to look after civic matters.

The 1st one should preferably have a lawyer, or someone who knows law, the 2nd committee should have an Engineer.
