'Good Deed' performed by 'Chief Justice' of Bombay High Court, before moving to Supreme Court. The one good deed he performed before he moved to the Supreme Court, in December 2009 was giving a clean chit to the Rogue and Corrupt Judge V L Achilya, against whom the inquiry was being conducted by the Special Investigation Department (SID), since January 2009 on account of complaints filed by me.
The inquiry was conducted, without even recording the statement of the complainant (me), inspite of the fact that I had met the Addl. Registrar Mr Badr repeatedly and also wrote letters to Chief Justice repreatedly enquiring when my statement will be recorded.
Now the strangest part, the Registrar General of Bombay High Court refuses to give, inquiry report to me (Indur Chhugani), states "We do not give inquiry report to anyone, even the complainant is not entitled to the report". So will have to go through the RTI route.
