Please find enclosed herewith a copy of the letter dt. 21. 1.2004 from a NGO (Public Concern for Governance Trust) regarding traffic booths erected on dividers endangering motorists and pedestrians.

I request you to take necessary action, as already advised. We must take an urgent review of all traffic booths and remove all those which seem to have been erected only for commercial purpose.

You are also requested to put up a draft reply to the queries raised by the N. G. O.
