Till age 58, I had very little experience of courts in India, (read next 2 paras) ofcourse all of it was bad, but nothing prepared me for what I have experienced in Mumbai Sessions and High Court, since 2005.
Had one case filed against me, arrest warrant issued, for NOT writing the name of my company in Marathi outside the office. And another for not having filed ESIC returns of employees, ESIC filed a criminal case for not having paid Rs 4300/-, in which I was acquited after 4 years ... Almost forgot, I had made a complaint about Mr J J Bhat ( Director Listing ) and Mr S K Pandey, Dy General Manager of the Bombay Stock Exchange's Corporate relations Department demanding bribes ... this was in 2000, and learnt in 2008 ... Nothing prepared me for what happened in 2005 and the incident brought havoc in my life and turned me into an activist, to fight the corrupt police and judiciary. I was arrested in a bogus case of having broken a seal of the court on the property, which I had purchased from 2 banks, ( when actually there never was any order to seal the property ) because of the efforts of a corrupt police and Corrupt Judge, who were working at the behest of Rs 1000 crore fraudster Mr Rajkumar Basantani, who was adept at bribing police, politicians and Judges ... This property originally belonged to him, before he absconded ... In October 2005 I filed a writ petition at Bombay High Court for action against police officers and Bank Managers who initially filed false statements in the sessions court, where the corrupt judge was threatening to put them in jail, for having sold a flat to me in auction, while they were still answering some queries put by the corrupt judge. ... Later this corrupt Judge got elevated to the High court.
Another Judge N D Deshpande took over at the sessions court, who clearly was aware of the wrongs his predecessor had committed, after having put tremendous pressure on me, to voluntarily vacate the flat, which did not work, he reluctantly passed the order in my favour on 30.1.2006.
On 15.2.2006 the High Court admitted my petition CrWP/2414/05 filed in October 2005, and stayed all proceedings at Khar Police station, by way of interim relief ( though 10 months had passed, chargesheet was not filed). In May 2005 in contempt of High Court Order, the Investigation officer filed Chargesheet "inadvertently".
I initiated Cr Aplication for contempt against Khar police, it came up on 21.9.2006. The HC Judge instead of initiating action against Khar police, withdrew the interim relief. Thereafter the Contempt application travelled through, 6 different 2 bench Judges, over a 2 year period, and was thrown out in 5 minutes by the 7th bench on 16.10.2008 (which means for over 2 years various judges wasted their own time and mine, without understanding what the Cr application was about ) ... Made written complaint against Judge V L Achilya ... No reply ... Details at http://www.RoguePolice.com/achilya.htm . After I repeatedly complained against Judge V L Achilya, a inquiry has been initiated by the Special Investigation Department of the Bombay High Court in January 2009 ... Nothing has happened, except this Judge has been transfered out of Bombay.

I registered an NGO in August 2007 and filed my first PIL against illegal police chowkies. Order of the court was on 26.10.2007 for demolition of illegal police chowkies across Maharashtra ( totalling around 4,000 ) within 3 months. However till today only about 100 chowkies, have been demolished in Mumbai, even the list of the other cities are not provided so far. ... In the meantime I discovered, the Addl Commissioner of Police (Traffic) was getting about Rs 3 crores EVERY MONTH UNDER THE TABLE after having provided facilities FREE to an Advertisement company, to put up ads at all traffic intersections across Mumbai (from which the company earns Rs 8-9 crores EVERY MONTH ) ... When I try repeatedly to bring up the facts, I am ignored . If I insist, the Judge threatens to send me to jail. So I filed written arguments. Judges do everthing possible to support the illegal actions of the police.

After the terrorist attack of 26 / 11 .. I filed a PIL on 24.12.2008, demanding action against those, who are helping the mafia, who in turn are helping the terrorists.

Filed PIL on 24th December, appeared in HC on 26th December 2008, then on 5th January 2009, then on 15th January then on 29th January and now the next date is 26th February 2009.
The Government lawyers did not appear on 15/1/2009. Then on 29/1/2009 asked for time to reply. Have been given 4 weeks, by the Judges, when 1 week could have been more than sufficient.
All pleas to the Court to treat the matter as URGENT, so that politicians working hand in glove with mafia who help terrorists, are exposed before impending elections, are ignored.( to be completed )
