But humans started to live in groups, socialized and formed some customs and rules for harmonious existence. Yet over the centuries the more powerful broke all rules and decided that they had more rights than others, they were Kings, Kings assistants, Invading Generals and Criminals. All of you know how many concubines the Moghul Kings kept or the Hindu Maharaja's, this primitive desire cuts across all religions, power is the tonic, that fuels this desire.
And in our democratic society, who has this power is not unknown. It is Politicians, Police, Judicial Officers, Dacoits, Urban goondas and numerous others. And what happens when these powerful people indulge themselves in this primitive desire and need to feel it necessary to keep it a secret, because of society pressure, they become vulnerable to blackmail from other unscrupulous men of their own kind.

Indian Judiciary ... Is it stinking ?

He would have done anything, to ensure that the goings on, in the Oval Office with Ms Monica Lewinsky, did not reach the ears of his family or the Citizens of USA.
Am I trying to say, that the Politicians, Police, Judicial Officers, Dacoits, Urban Goondas all blackmail each other and force each other to grant favours. The answer is YES. This is one of the reason that our Judicial system lies in shambles today and often Courts refuse to take action against those, breaking the laws, committing grave offences, because they themselves have indulged in activities, which will bring shame to them and their families, so they have no option.
So when you criticize the Police or the Judges, please understand it is the almighty God, who is to blame, for this powerful instinct and pray that this powerful instinct is reduced or eliminated. Kindly note, I am not advocating that all the powerful men be castrated by God, but the ones most responsible to the society, must like Indian monks use Neem as a medicine to subside their carnal passions.
The most powerful Judges of the Supreme Court must also stop making statements, like "Rot in Judiciary has set in" but instead make provision of supplying Neem to the Judicial officers, for the sake of poor millions of India.Warrant Industry...How the Magistrate / Police partnership flourishes.

NEW DELHI: The Delhi High Court on Tuesday asked Andhra Pradesh Governor N D Tiwari to appear before it on December 16 in a paternity case filed by a 29-yearold man claiming to be his son. The HC refused to exempt Tiwari from personal appearance, saying “it is a family matter and he is not above the law”.The court passed the order on a suit filed by R o h i t Shekhar, grandson of former Union Minister Sher Singh, claiming that he was born out of a relationship between Tiwari and his mother Ujjwala Singh, who is also associated with the Congress party.
Eighty-five-year-old Tiwari has rubbished the claim, though there was no response from Raj Bhavan, Hyderabad. This is the first time that a governor has been asked to appear in person for inchamber hearing before a high court. "In view of the fact that the present suit ‘purports’ to be a family matter, the parties are directed to be present in chamber on December 16 at 3 pm," Justice Reva Khetrapal said. Tiwari’s counsel Subro Sanyal objected to the Governor being asked to appear in person, but the court didn’t relent.
Rohit, in his petition, has claimed that he only came to know in 1992 that Tiwari is his “natural father”.
Rohit's counsel YP Nanda said it was not a dispute relating to property and his plea was only that Tiwari accepts him as his son. Nanda placed before the court photographs showing Rohit with his mother and Tiwari. “The child is there in the photographs and it can be seen that he (Tiwari) is loving the child. The petitioner is present in court and it can be seen from the pictures that he looks very similar to ND Tiwari in his younger days,” Nanda said, gesturing towards Rohit in the courtroom.
Tiwari's counsel, however, denied any kind of blood relationship between him and Rohit. “Photos just show that the two were close and Tiwari was fond of him being his friend’s (Ujjwala) son,” Nanda said. PTI

IMF chief faces probe over affair with junior
Washington: IMF’s French-born chief 59 years old Dominique Strauss-Kahn is under investigation into whether he abused his position by engaging in sexual relationship with a married subordinate, a media report said on Saturday amid intense efforts by the key institution to battle the world financial turmoil.The International Monetary Fund has retained the law firm of Morgan, Lewis and Bockius LLP to conduct the investigation, which is expected to be completed by the end of the month, The Wall Street Journal reported.
“There was an allegation concerning improper behaviour of a personal nature on the part of the managing director (Strauss-Kahn),” Masood Ahmed, the IMF’s chief spokesman, was quoted as saying.
